To access the app, navigate to your Windows search bar, typically located in the bottom left corner of your screen. Type in "Snipping Tool" and click on the icon which shows a pair of scissors and a piece of paper.

Step 2: Open the Snipping Tool

Once you've located the Snipping Tool, open the program. A small window will appear with a few options: "New," "Mode," "Delay," "Cancel," and "Options."

Step 3: Select the Type of Snip

Click on the "Mode" button to select the type of snip you'd like to create. You have four options to choose from a free-form, a rectangular, a window, or a full-screen snip.

Step 4: Capture the Snip

Once you've selected your preferred mode, click "New" to capture the snip. Your screen will fade out slightly, and you can click and drag to select the area you'd like to capture. If you've selected "window" or "full-screen," your snip will automatically be taken once you click "New."

Step 5: Save and Edit Snip
